We now provide free shipping within the USA! Your drum will arrive via USPS Priority mail (1 to 2 days) and will be insured. To ensure that you have received it, we require signature upon delivery. A tracking number will be provided once the drum has been shipped. If you are outside the USA, or require UPS or FedEx to transport your drum please contact us with your shipping address for a quote. If you are in the Colorado Springs, CO area and want to pick up your drum in person we can waive the shipping charges.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your drum! If for some reason you are not happy, please contact us immediately. We will accept the return of the drum and refund to you the purchase price (but not the shipping costs) if you contact us within 15 days of delivery and return it to us within 30 days. The drum must be in like-new undamaged condition, and packaged in its original packing material. You (the buyer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the package must be insured for at least the purchase price. Please contact us before returning it so that we can attempt to address and remedy any issues you may be having with your drum. Refunds will not be made until we have received and inspected the drum.
Ashikos have a 24-month manufacturing defect warranty on the wooden shell and the steel rings, and a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty on the drum head and the rope.
Cajons have a 24-month manufacturing defect warranty on the box body, and a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty on the tapa (the playing surface of a cajon) and snare wires.
Warranty does not cover abuse and misuse and intentional damage of any of our instruments.
